The International Journal of Business Research Dialogue (IJBRD) follows a rigorous double-blind peer review policy to ensure the publication of high-quality, original, and ethically sound research. Under this system, the identities of both the authors and the reviewers remain anonymous throughout the review process, thereby minimizing personal, institutional, and geographical biases and ensuring that manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic merit. Upon submission, each manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening to assess its relevance to the journal's aims and scope, compliance with submission guidelines, quality of language, and adherence to ethical and formatting requirements. The manuscript is also screened for plagiarism using Turnitin in accordance with the plagiarism policy of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Manuscripts exceeding the permissible similarity threshold or exhibiting evidence of plagiarism or academic misconduct may be rejected or returned to the authors for revision before entering the peer review stage.

After successfully passing the initial screening, the manuscript is forwarded for double-blind peer review by independent experts with relevant subject expertise. During this process, reviewers assess the originality of the research, significance of the study, theoretical contribution, methodological rigor, validity and reliability of the findings, quality of data analysis, interpretation of results, and clarity of presentation. Reviewers are expected to provide objective, confidential, and constructive feedback to assist both the editor in making an informed publication decision and the authors in improving the quality of their work. Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the Editor may decide to accept the manuscript, request minor revisions, require major revisions followed by resubmission, or reject the manuscript if it does not meet the journal's academic and ethical standards. Where necessary, revised manuscripts may be returned to the reviewers for further evaluation before a final decision is made.

The final decision regarding publication rests with the Editor after careful consideration of the reviewers' reports and the revised manuscript. Throughout the review and publication process, IJBRD maintains strict standards of publication ethics by requiring authors to submit original work that is not under consideration elsewhere, disclose any conflicts of interest, ensure accurate authorship, and obtain ethical approval for research involving human participants where applicable. Authors are required to respond comprehensively to all reviewer comments and clearly identify revisions made in the manuscript. Upon acceptance, articles are published under an open-access model using the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) license, allowing unrestricted non-commercial access and distribution with proper attribution. Through its double-blind peer review process and commitment to research integrity, IJBRD strives to ensure fairness, transparency, academic excellence, and the dissemination of reliable scholarly research in business and management disciplines.
